I’m Amberlynn, a certified doula and childbirth educator serving families in tacoma, wa and surrounding areas.
I am deeply passionate about guiding and supporting families through the journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood.
As a birth doula and childbirth educator, I provide personalized support, prenatal education, and emotional, physical, and informational support to guide you through birth. I am dedicated to helping you have a positive and empowering birth experience, regardless of your chosen birth plan.

As a birth doula, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support to you and your partner. My services include prenatal visits, birth planning and preparation, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and breastfeeding support as well as childbirth education.

A doula is a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant families before, during, and after childbirth.

A midwife is a licensed medical professional who is responsible for the medical care of the mother and baby. A doula, provides emotional and physical support to the mother but is not a medical provider and will not give medical advice.

A birth doula can support your partner by guiding them on how to best assist, offering comforting techniques, and providing emotional reassurance, helping them feel more confident and involved in the birthing process.

While many things can be early signs of labor some signs include consistent contractions, changes in the cervix, water breaking, bloody show, and increased vaginal discharge. These signs can indicate that labor is starting, but it’s important to note that every woman’s experience is different.
